Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of RowProof, a Shopify app provided by LJO dev. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

RowProof is a read-only preflight checker for Shopify-formatted product update CSVs. It reads Shopify product data and parses update files for existing products to show rows that may require review before import. The app does not import CSV files, update products, delete products, or automatically fix catalog data.

2. Fees and billing

Free plans, paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, currencies, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Shopify App Store and Shopify billing systems. The information shown by Shopify takes priority over any summary shown on this website.

3. Merchant responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing scan results, CSV content, and the relevant Shopify admin data before running an actual import or bulk update. Any CSV import, product update, third-party importer job, or manual edit performed after using RowProof is done at your own discretion and responsibility.

4. Prohibited use

• Using the app for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or excessive automated requests
• Interfering with RowProof, Shopify, or third-party services
• Presenting scan results as guaranteed complete, legally binding, or error-free
• Any other use that we reasonably consider harmful or inappropriate

5. Disclaimers

RowProof provides diagnostic information only. We do not guarantee import outcomes, product data correctness, complete issue detection, sales performance, search ranking, or third-party tool behavior.

Shopify APIs, themes, sales channels, third-party services, network conditions, browser behavior, and merchant settings may affect app availability, scan results, and displayed information.

6. Limitation of liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, LJO dev is not liable for data loss, lost revenue, business interruption, third-party disputes, import mistakes, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of RowProof.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for RowProof during the one month immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Suspension and changes

We may restrict or suspend access if needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms. We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of RowProof after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to RowProof are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the location of LJO dev.
